Hello there, We are so excited to meet you!
Im Chelsie, Im the "C"
Im Krysty, Im the "K"
We've been planning the mess out of weddings and parties together since 2012. We are best friends and business partners.
Our purpose is to offer help to our clients through
Our valuable knowledge gained from experience and education
Creative brainstorming and engineering
Connections with reasonably priced, quality vendors
Access to in-demand, budget friendly rental items
We offer full-service planning, day of coordinating and consultations for event planning, catering, self-catering and graphic design to clients in the northeast Florida, southeast Georgia area.
We offer in-demand and unique decor and specialty event equipment to rent at reasonable prices.
How Are We Different?
We enjoy every aspect of event planning and we want to offer our help. If we could plan events for free all day long and still be able to pay the bills, we would. We are not "out to get" our clients and making a lot of money is not our objective. We charge a small, reasonable fee for our products and services to ensure we are around to plan another day.
Our first priority is to follow your wishes.
We will do all we can to create the event you had in mind.
And coming in at a very close second priority is sticking to your budget. A lot of time and effort goes in to determining what you can afford to spend for your event, we understand and highly respect that. Your budget determines guest count, venue options, what kind of food and drinks will be served and even what time of year your event will get the best bang for its budgeting buck. But most importantly, your budget is what you are comfortable spending on your event. If you are not comfortable at your event you will spend your time stressing over how much people are drinking or who might spill a glass of red wine on your rented white table cloths, and it will show.
Our planning fee is included in the total budget, not as an added expense. When we return a budget proposal to you it will be as close to your budget as we can get, fulfilling as many wants on your checklist as possible. We will provide lots of options to give you the event you dreamed of.
We will not accept commission from any vendor, our goal is to pass on the savings to you. We have a great team that we've worked with for many years and we trust them to help make your event a success.
You may be surprised to see what an experienced planner can do with even the smallest of budgets. An experienced planner will be able to tell you which shortcuts are safe to take and which will be greatly noticed. An experienced planner has lots of contacts and relationships with vendors to get the best quality services and products for the best price. Hiring a vendor without a planner may end up costing you more than the cost of the planner in the end. And in most cases, the money you save using a planner will pay for the planner's services.
This is your event, and we are here to make your wishes come true. We listen to your wants and concerns. It is our job to fulfill your wishes, not try to influence you with ours. We make it our goal to fulfill every wish possible for your event.
We are licensed and insured to keep you safe. And you shouldn't settle for anything less.

Krysty didn't find her calling, it found her. Her life had been made up of organized checklists, detailed itineraries and creative ideas. What she found to be second nature was actually an endearing career awaiting her discovery.
Krysty obtained her Associates in Arts degree at Florida State College of Jacksonville and is continuing her studies in Graphic Design at the University of North Florida.
The details of event planning that usually stress and overwhelm most people excite and inspire Krysty. While Krysty enjoys all aspects of planning an event, her
favorite is graphic design.
"The possibilities are endless when you combine
the proper tools with creativity and experience."
Krysty believes that no two events are the same, each is filled with special details. Every new project ignites a creative spark, prompting her to jump to her feet in action. It’s not a job, it’s a passion. Krysty truly enjoys the process of making an event come to life from start to finish.
