Wedding Day Coordination is best for someone who has planned all the details but would like someone there on the day of the event to follow through and give directions. Wedding Day Coordination will help to relive stress on the day of the event. You've planned the perfect event, let yourself enjoy it and let someone else be sure all those little details you worked so hard to prepare are carried out. 

 

When working with any Wedding Day Coordinator, it is important to feel comfortable with them and it is their job to let you know who they are. Your day of coordinator should be an extension of you and you should feel confident that they will make the same decisions you would, should they have to make them.

 

A Wedding Day Coordinator is a great gift for yourself or someone you love. Even professional event planners require

a Wedding Day Coordinator.

Responsibilities

  • Up to 3 Consultations

  • Aquire and confirm contract and payment details, arrival/departure times and wedding day contact information with vendors

  • Aquire and confirm wedding party and VIP Guests lists

  • Aquire Guest List with emergency contact phone numbers and menu selection (if applicable)

  • Aquire and confirm venue layout, photo shot list and menu

  • Create and distribute Wedding Day Itinerary Package to vendors and wedding party

  • Coordinate rehearsal

  • Attend, oversee and direct the wedding ceremony and reception (up to 10 hours)

  • Serve as point of contact for all vendors on wedding day

  • Oversee and direct ceremony and reception site(s) set up including room turnover, if necessary 

  • Coordinate and oversee all vendor deliveries and installations

  • Follow timeline and keep wedding on schedule

  • Oversee and direct transportation arrangements

  • Assistance with handing out wedding flowers and pinning corsages and boutonnières

  • Cue necessary parties on all music changes, speeches and events

  • Ensure VIP Guests are available and in place for pictures

  • Collect and set up event supplies: menu cards, place cards, escort cards, table numbers, favors, guest book and pen, toasting flutes, cake serving set, ceremony supplies, flower girl baskets, ring bearer pillow, aisle runner, restroom amenities baskets, exit supplies

  • Secure gifts and luggage in predetermined location

  • Distribute final payments and gratuities to vendors 

  • Oversee and direct ceremony and reception site(s) break down

  • Manage wedding day dilemmas

  • Provide emergency tool kit

  • $500 - Up to 2 Locations and 2 Coordinators (as determined by company)

  • $1 per mile for Travel over 25 miles fromCKDE office (one time fee)
