How much room do I need for the photo booth?
The Enclosed Booth is 8Hx8Dx8W.
The Open-Air Booth is 8Hx6Dx10W.
Additionally, the booth must be within 25 feet of a standard electrical outlet.
If you purchase the memory book, we will set up an additional 4ft table outside of the booth for guests to sign the memory book.
How long does it take to set up and break down the photo booth?
It takes about 1 hour to set up and break down the photo booth but we will arrive 1 hour before your scheduled time to ensure we do not disturb your guests.
How far in advance should I book?
You should book as soon as you know your event date. We are taking reservations for events up to 15 months in advance.
Is there a charge for traveling outside of Jacksonville?
There is no charge for travel within 25 miles of zip code 32202. Outside of the 25 mile radius it is $1 per mile. Just to give you an idea, Yulee, Orange Park and Mandarin are included but Fernandina, Fleming Island and Nocatee would be a $10 travel fee (example fee only, actual mileage to event may vary).
What are my payment options?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and transfer through PayPal (you are not required to have an account), cash and personal check. Please keep in mind a check must be received 14 days in advance and we do not carry change for cash payments.
When are payments due?
A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking along with a signed Photo Booth Rental Agreement. The final balance is due on the day of delivery. You may pay the balance anytime before due date.
What is your refund policy?
The 50% deposit is non-refundable but may be transferred to a new available date.
How do I get my pictures after the event?
You will be emailed a link to an online gallery within 48 business hours after your event. You may share the link with friends and family and they may download unlimited times. The gallery will be available for 30 days. Your guests can provide their email address at your event to be notified via email when the gallery is ready to be viewed.
My guests provided you with their email address, are you gonna bug them?
Absolutely not!! We don't believe in spam email. Their email addresses will only be used to notify them when the gallery from your event is ready to be viewed and a reminder a few days before it expires.
Can I make my gallery private?
Yes, please let us know before the event that you'd like the gallery to be password protected.
Can I customize my photo stamp?
You sure can! Our graphic design team can customize your photo stamp to match your event's colors, theme, date, names, ect.
Can I provide my own memory book?
Yes, absolutely! You will need to purchase the printing add-on to fill your memory book. An attendant will be present to help your guests attach their photo strips and write a message. If you are providing your own memory book don't forget enough pages for your guests to leave a photo strip and a message, at least 2 pens and photo-safe adhesive.
Can I bring my own props?
Of course you may, however, you will be responsible for collecting your personal props at the time of breakdown, otherwise we will assume they are a donation to CK Booth's collection.
How many photo's will each guest receive?
There is no limit to how many times your guests may pose in the booth during your rental. If you've purchased printing, each print comes with (2) 2x6 photo strips, one for each member of the party. You may print as many times as you'd like during your rental. If your guests provide us with their email during your event we will send them a link to the photo gallery when the images are ready to be viewed and they may download for free as many images as they'd like.
